Culture 4 Change, established on February 6, 2023, at LeMoyne-Owen College, is a beacon of unity and transformation within the student body and beyond. Under the visionary leadership of our founder, Mr. Kevin L. Bland Jr., we evolved from a mere promoting organization into a dynamic force committed to fostering unity through leadership and accountability, two of the foundational pillars among the 11 that guide our mission. Our efforts are not confined to the college campus; we have extended our reach into the Memphis community with a mentorship initiative designed to uplift at-risk youth. This program is pivotal in creating meaningful bonds and relationships, providing these young individuals with the tools and support they need to chase their dreams and achieve their goals. By promoting a culture of unity and responsibility, we aim to inspire both our peers and the younger generation to strive for excellence and make a positive impact in their communities.
